Over the last decade, I’ve had the privilege of working within a large corporate education recruitment company, an experience that shaped me both personally and professionally. I’m deeply grateful for the skills, insight and understanding I gained, especially when it comes to delivering exceptional service.

But over time, I found myself wanting something more personal. Something more grounded. Something that truly reflected the people, values and culture I’m proud to be part of here in Wales.

Outside of work, life is even busier. I’m a parent to five amazing children who remind me every day what commitment, patience and purpose really look like. Being present for them has shaped the way I show up for others, it’s taught me that real leadership isn’t about titles or targets. It’s about care, consistency, and doing the right thing, even when no one’s watching.

Why Educators First?

Because looking after people is who I am.

My team. My educators. My clients.

I’ve always had a natural instinct to support those around me, to listen, and to learn. I believe wholeheartedly that we’re nothing without our people and that putting them first isn’t a strategy, it’s our identity. Educators First exists to raise standards in our sector, not by shouting the loudest, but by caring the most.

Outside of my family and my work, you’ll usually find me training, whether that’s football, take part in Hyrox events, long-distance running or anything that pushes me mentally and physically. Discipline and drive are part of who I am and that energy fuels the way I lead: always striving for better, always raising the bar.

My Goal

It’s simple. When people hear our name, I want them to feel trust. To know we’re the agency that goes above and beyond.
